PaintSwipe provides digital paint-color visualization, project-information delivery, contractor demo and trial experiences, and related website services. Features labeled beta, preview, pilot, or roadmap may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn.
Preview limitations
On-screen colors vary by lighting, photography, screen, surface, texture, surroundings, and processing. A preview may contain visual errors or may not precisely preserve every object. Always confirm a final selection with a physical manufacturer sample and the painting contractor before purchasing materials or starting work.
No estimate or contractor agreement
PaintSwipe output is not a measurement, scope of work, warranty, safety assessment, price quote, or promise that a contractor will accept a project. Any painting services, pricing, scheduling, warranty, licensing, insurance, or contractual terms are between the homeowner and the participating contractor.
Your submissions
You confirm that you have the right to submit the address, photo, contact details, and project information you provide. You grant PaintSwipe and the participating contractor permission to process that material as needed to create and deliver the requested preview and project response.
Acceptable use
Do not use PaintSwipe to violate law, impersonate another person, submit material you are not authorized to use, probe or disrupt the service, automate abusive requests, distribute malware, or interfere with other users.
Contractor demos and trials
Demo and trial availability, market availability, setup scope, integrations, territory terms, and paid service terms are confirmed in writing for each participating contractor. Website descriptions are general information and do not replace the final written service agreement.
Brand references
PaintSwipe is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, HGTV Home, or other paint manufacturers or retailers referenced on the site. Names and color identifiers are used to identify color choices; trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Availability and warranties
The public website and demo are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, PaintSwipe disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact visual results, lead volume, sales results, market availability, or compatibility with every photo, property, browser, or integration.
